Its main task is to provide a high level of graphic support for architectural and urban planning projects in the capital. This was stated by Vladislav Ovchinsky, Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Department of Urban Planning Policy, which is part of the Complex of Urban Planning Policy and Construction of the City of Moscow.

The new department brought together a professional team of visualization architects with many years of experience in the field of architectural visualization and presentation graphics. Specialists perform a full range of tasks to create photorealistic 3D models — exteriors, interiors, complex buildings and landscaping. Government customers, developers, architectural and design organizations who are interested in professional architectural visualization and digital project support are invited to cooperate.

"Today, visualization is an important tool for interaction between architects, customers and citizens. With the development of artificial intelligence technologies and digital tools, architectural graphics have become an integral part of the design process. The creation of a new department will allow Mosproekt-4 to improve the quality of design solutions and strengthen the institute’s position as a modern technological center of urban planning competencies," Vladislav Ovchinsky said.

The specialists of the new Department of Urban Planning Policy are an experienced team, which has projects for leading Russian developers and architectural bureaus. Now they work closely with Mosproekt-4 architects and engineers at all stages of design. This allows you to create aesthetically pleasing and technically accurate visual solutions. The use of artificial intelligence and visual analytics allows you to perform a full cycle of graphical project support, which makes the department one of the few capable of providing such functionality in Moscow.

Mosproekt-4 JSC is one of the leading design institutes in Moscow, founded in 1968. The Institute specializes in architectural and engineering design of urban infrastructure, cultural and public spaces, and participates in the implementation of key urban development programs in the capital.

https://www.mos.ru/news/item/161 829 073/
</turbo:content>

This was announced by the Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Department of Urban Planning Policy, which is part of the Moscow Complex of Urban Planning Policy and Construction, Vladislav Ovchinsky.

The new full name — "Scientific Research Institute for the Design of Civil Construction Facilities and Integrated Territorial Development 'Mosproekt'" — reflects the modern characteristics of the fundamental design institute, which undertakes the full-cycle architectural and engineering design of key facilities in the city of Moscow.

"Mosproekt is the oldest design institute in Moscow. The monumental residential architecture of the 1930s, the metro, the Palace of Soviets project, post-war Stalinist Empire style, standard residential districts, and Khrushchyovkas — all of this was developed in the workshops of Mosproekt, managed by outstanding 20th-century architects: Konstantin Melnikov, Alexey Shchusev, Ivan Zholtovsky, Moisei Ginzburg, Nikolai Ladovsky, and others. Today, the revived Mosproekt accumulates the knowledge, experience, and expert base of all leading design institutes and is becoming a unified center for the full-cycle design of civil construction facilities and integrated territorial development in Moscow," said Vladislav Ovchinsky.

The renewed institute has reverted to its first historical name from 1930, when the architectural and design workshops of the Mossovet were transformed into the unified "Mosproekt," whose tasks included the development of standard residential and industrial construction projects. In the 1960s, the design institute split into four organizations: "Mosproekt-1" focused on designing residential buildings, while "Mosproekt-2" undertook the reconstruction of the city center and the design of unique facilities. The tasks of "Mosproekt-3" included urban environment development and landscaping, and "Mosproekt-4" specialized in designing unique buildings in the fields of healthcare, sports, culture, and leisure. Thus, "Mosproekt-4" becomes the successor to the original Mosproekt, which will turn 96 years old this year.

https://www.mos.ru/news/item/166265073/
</turbo:content>
